  • Smoked Brisket (Postoak)

    Whole Brisket: $190

    Slow smoked for 12+ hours with post-oak.

  • Whole Pork Butt: $75

    Slow smoked for 8+ hours with either post-oak, hickory, or pecan when available.

  • Whole Smoke Turkey Breast: $50

    Slow smoked with post-oak for 4 hours and wrapped in butter while resting.

  • Smoked Pollok's Wedding Sausage $7.50

    available in Garlic Flavor and Jalapeno & Cheese Flavor

I served my country and community for 30yrs. I was looking for a way to continue serving and began doing volunteer BBQing for my local community. I enjoyed this so much and wanted to continue serving I decided to create Green Line BBQ, a Pop-up food service as well as made-to-order smoked meats.
